This work started with a simple belief: Your body is not failing you—it’s communicating with
you. At Set The Standard Wellness, we take a different approach. Instead of chasing
symptoms, we focus on understanding patterns, supporting the body, and creating a more
intentional path to wellness. Every session is designed to be calm, personalized, and
guided—so you feel supported, not overwhelmed.
Meet Victoria
Hi, I’m Victoria. I’m a Registered Nurse with a background in clinical care, leadership, and
health coaching. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with patients navigating complex health
challenges—and I began to notice something: Many people weren’t lacking effort… they were
lacking clarity. That realization led me to expand my approach. Today, I integrate
biofeedback-based wellness screening, lifestyle support, and a more root-focused perspective
to help clients better understand their bodies and make more informed decisions about their
health.
Training & Professional Support
My work is supported by continued education and hands-on training through the Association
of Natural Health. This training has allowed me to develop a structured, step-by-step
approach to biofeedback wellness screening and personalized support. I also utilize
practitioner-grade nutritional resources, including Standard Enzyme Company, to help guide
thoughtful and individualized wellness plans. This combination of clinical background and
ongoing education allows me to provide a more grounded, intentional experience for each
client
My Approach
I don’t believe in overwhelming people with 20 different recommendations. I believe in starting with what matters most, supporting the body in layers, and moving at a pace your body can handle. Real wellness isn’t about doing everything—it’s about doing the right things, in the right order.
